Network for Ringing Training (NRT)
The Network for Ringing Training (NRT) aims to provide a contact network for anyone involved in training bell ringers. It was launched at the 2001 Ringing Roadshow, with an announcement in The Ringing World.
The main ongoing activity is a discussion group, mainly conducted by e-mail. Members without e-mail, or who cannot use their e-mail to take an active part in the discussion can receive a monthly summary (by post or e-mail as appropriate).
NRT can help you contact other people near you who are interested in training, which is why we need to know who you are and where you come from.
The NRT held its first conference in November 2002, and the second was held in May 2004, at Warwick.
To find out more, please look at our explanatory leaflet.
You can join NRT, in order of preference:
- by e-mail: send a blank message, and complete the form you'll get by return;
- by completing our online request form available here (note that this form may not work on all browsers, but, with the arrival of the new server for the CC site, we hope to be able to rectify this before too long) or
- by use of the postal application form
