Membership Systems – Open Meeting on 27th October

Membership systems – What do we want of one and what will it do for us? 

All Welcome to join us in a discussion and requirements gathering on:

Sunday 27th October 2024 at 8pm, by Zoom 

The CCCBR is looking to implement a software-based membership system and is looking for help to define its requirements. Such a system would help the Council keep track of affiliated societies, representatives and anyone who has a role in the Council, such as Workgroup members, etc.

We are also looking at the feasibility of having a central membership system that could offer economies of scale, saving money across the board.

Does you association use such a membership system.  Have you had experience managing or using a membership system.  What benefits have you seen from such systems, or have you come across any problems or drawbacks? 

If you would like to contribute, we will be holding an open meeting via Zoom, on Sunday 27th October 2024.  Anyone is welcome to come and contribute.
