Ringing 2030 Recruitment and Development

Terms of reference:

Ringing 2030 aims to recruit 10,000 additional ringers and ensure that no one meets a barrier to continued development in ringing. We therefore work towards:
- An international recruitment network sharing techniques and materials for effective recruitment
- Supporting continued development opportunities by inspiring excellence in leadership
- Providing guidance to support additional regional / residential courses for ringers
- Ensuring development materials and techniques are accessible to ringers who lead practices or are looking at their own ongoing development
