- Notices of Motion, also signed by two Council Members, together with any supporting statements of up to 200 words (Standing Order C2.1), must reach me by 24h July.
- The meeting will receive and consider the Annual Report of the Trustees and Accounts for 2020, and the Annual Report of the Executive for 2020 and its Forward Plan and Budget for 2021.

Society secretaries are reminded that subscriptions for 2021, at £40 per representative to which the society is entitled, if not already paid, are now due and must be received by 24th July.
