I am pleased to confirm the booking site is now open for the CCCBR ACM taking place in Rugby.
You don’t need to be a CC Rep to attend any of the events. You can book on as much, or as little as you want over the weekend, but booking is ESSENTIAL. You can even order a Rugby 2026 polo shirt (order before 28th July 2026).
It all starts on the Friday with three ringing routes into Rugby, from the north, south or west. All routes then merge at St Andrew’s, Rugby. An opportunity to ring at two towers at the same church! This is followed by an evening social and networking opportunity.
Saturday is the Ringing World AGM followed by the CCCBR Annual Council Meeting. Meeting papers etc will be available from the CCCBR website in due course. We will also be announcing the winner of the Dorothy L Sayers Society Award for Young Ringers Leadership, and Westley Award for Tower Maintenance. There’s another chance to network and discuss developments from the day at the social event in the evening.
Sunday sees opportunity to support local towers for service ringing, and a special bellringing themed service at Coventry Cathedral with ringing before and after. There may also be a chance to support local ringers with attempting quarter peals later in the day.
Book your place, for as little or as much as you want here: https://cccbr.org.uk/about/annual-meetings/2026-annual-meeting/
Booking is ESSENTIAL, so don’t delay. The deadline is 16th August 2026.
