The CCCBR Ringing 2030 Recruitment and Development Workgroup is seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Development Team Lead to help develop techniques and share inspiration which support ringers across the country.

We know that many new recruits leave the exercise because they lack opportunities for progression and support. By helping ringing develop strategies for every stage of the journey, you can play a vital role in improving retention and securing the future of ringing for generations to come.

What You’ll Be Doing

Working closely with the Ringing 2030 3Rs Team (Recruit, Regain, Retain), you will help build connections, share expertise and promote best practice throughout the ringing community.
Your initial priorities will include:

✅ Establishing a Development Network, building on the success of the recently launched 3Rs Network.
✅ Supporting the quarterly Ringing 2030 Recruitment and Development online briefing meetings.
✅ Working with ringing organisations to share ideas, celebrate success and promote effective development initiatives.
