Over the last year, I have developed my leadership skills by supporting local practices, encouraging new ringers and helping to run ringing events such as training courses, scout events and open days. I have used my leadership skills by standing by people and helping them through a method or call changes, I have ran some practices at Fairford and Meysey Hampton when the tower captain was not there, I am currently teaching my uncle to ring, where he has just passed his level one of ART, I conducted for the G & B youth team in 2025 and, I have conducted many quarter peals which some of them I have organised for peoples first Quarter peals or there first in method's. If I were to win the award, I would put it towards the bells of Meysey Hampton, where me and the tower captain (My grandad) want to turn it into a teaching centre, so the money would go towards the decorating of the ringing chamber, any maintenance of the bells and sound control, which is very much needed.

Leadership evidence: Teaching new ringers, running practices, conducting youth teams, supporting events, organising first quarters for others—good demonstration of leadership for his age.
Use of funds: Supports turning a tower into a teaching centre—excellent community value.
✅ Solid leadership with a clear developmental aim.
Leadership: supporting practices, encouraging new ringers; working on running a number of events; run some practices
Dedication: keen and enthusiastic, involved in events and keen to be involved in the potential future teaching centre
Skills/experience: mention of Quarter peals
Funding: admirable wish to turn the bells chamber into a teaching centre – although it is not made clear that this would benefit him, I assume that he also would learn from the facility
