Biography
Born 2nd quarter 1922. Son of Albert Cook and Elizabeth Alena Cook (nee Frisby) of 189 Hertford Road, Edmonton, Middlesex. He is shown under Edmonton in the Middlesex County Association reports for 1938 and 1939. He was aboard Avro Wellington BX LN397 which took off at 0043hrs on 31/08/1943 from RAF Kirmington, Lincolnshire, (now Humberside International Airport), but never returned, "lost without trace". Four other crew members also perished.
